Refund policy

Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at contact@superbabythings.com.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the correct return address.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or a confirmed defective product).

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.

Return Labels

We do not guarantee prepaid return shipping labels. If a return label is available for your order, we will provide it as part of the return approval process.


Return Address Information

You must wait for approval and return instructions before sending an item back.

Please do not send returns to the shipping address shown on your package unless we confirm it is the correct return location.


Restocking Fees

In certain situations, a restocking fee may apply. This fee may be deducted from your refund and typically covers processing and handling.

Restocking fees may apply if:

  • The item is returned opened, used, missing parts, or not in its original condition.

  • The item requires additional inspection, repackaging, or handling.

  • The return is not a result of our error.

If a restocking fee applies to your return, we will notify you during the return process before completing your refund.


Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email contact@superbabythings.com within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate resolution.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return your item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@superbabythings.com

  • Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If an order cannot be canceled, you may still request a return after delivery (if eligible under this policy).


Incorrect Addresses / Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Failure to deliver due to missing apartment/unit numbers

  • Failure to collect the package or respond to delivery notices

We may be able to reship the package, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees.

If reshipment is not possible or not requested, a refund may be issued minus shipping costs and any applicable processing fees, if the item is returned to us successfully.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery of a package, it may be returned and treated as a return-to-sender (RTS).

If the package is returned to us successfully, you may be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs and any applicable processing fees, unless prohibited by law.


Return to Sender (RTS)

Packages may be marked “Return to Sender” by the carrier for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Refused delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Package unclaimed or not picked up

If your package is returned to us, we will contact you once it is received (if applicable). Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Reshipment (customer pays shipping), or

  • A refund, minus shipping charges and applicable fees


Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at contact@superbabythings.com


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be:

  • In the same condition that you received them

  • Unworn or unused, with tags

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase
